Hey, do you remember this? This past May Steve DeBruyn came to Peterborough and built his large scale skateboarding installation in the Main Gallery at Artspace, in conjunction a group show of paintings was installed in the Mudroom. One of the artists in the group show was Wes Loates, Toronto skateboarder and team manager for Converse Skate Canada. During the course of the show The Baitshop and King Shit Mag did a mini skate tour of the area led by Wes and they stopped by to skate Steve’s installation.
